Nicaraguan point with their lips

Most of the world use their index finger or thumb to point to things, but in Nicaragua - a country in Central America - they point with their lips. Pointing with fingers is considered rude here. So during conversation, people pucker up their lips and direct it forward or to the side to whatever they want to point out, inconspicuously.
